Forskarseminarium med Francesco Campagnari

CROCUS-network member's Katja Lindqvist and Burak Sayin invites you to attend two research seminar presentations with guest researcher Francesco Campagnari, who is currently Marie Sklodowska-Curie Fellow at the Centre d'étude des mouvements sociaux, École des hautes études en sciences sociales, Paris, and Adjunct professor in Urban and regional planning at the Università Iuav di Venezia.
During his visit Campagnari will present his recent research at the two following occasions:
Culture-led civic initiatives, institutionalisation and innovation challenges

Campagnari will present his recent research into social innovation, creative spaces, and urban transformation. For more info about his research, see below for his book from 2024.
After an initial presentation by Campagnari, Katja Lindqvist and Burak Sayin will lead a discussion with him and the participants based on his book.
Temporary urbanism in France: emerging innovations and contradictions

Campagnari will present his ongoing fieldwork, and some preliminary reflections based on it. The presentation relates to current debates about temporary urbanism and the changing role of nonprofits and NGOs in urban governance.
