Full Conference fee: 4200 DKR

  • PhD full time students and other full time students fee: 3600 DKR. Only full time students will have this offer.
  • Early registration fee: 3800 DKR if the registration fee payment is received by June 15, 2020. The early registration benefits are only for full paying participants and not for PhD and other students.
  • Accompanying person fee: 800 DKR (including welcoming reception, Conference Dinner with the participating spouse, not conference participation)

Payment and Cancellation Fees:

Less than one month prior to the event: 100% of the fee retained.

More than one month prior to the event: a administration fee 100 Euro will be retained.

Important Dates:

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 28 February 2020
  • Notification of Acceptance: Within two weeks after abstract submission
  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: 15 June 2020
  • Full Paper Submission for authors who missed to submit Abstract: 20 May 2020
  • Extended Abstract (about 1000 words) without full paper: 20 May 2020
  • Early Bird Registration: 15 June 2020
