When applying to the Master's Programme in Service Management, you choose one of five different specialisations: Culture and Creativity Management, Retail, Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Service Management or Tourism. The programme is taught in English and attended by students from all over the world.
Culture and Creativity Management
The specialisation in Culture and Creativity Management is aimed at students who want to make a career in, or already work within the cultural, creative or non-profit sector. The programme gives you a profound understanding of the specific conditions and production processes of the sectors.
Retail
The specialisation in Retail is for those seeking a career where they develop, manage and organise new business ideas and concepts within retail. The programme gives you a deep understanding of the specific conditions and future challenges of retail.
Supply Chain Management
The specialisation in Supply Chain Management is for students who want to focus on designing future innovative supply chains and work as project leaders, senior managers as well as consultants and analysts. During your studies you will get a profound understanding of the specific conditions of supply chain management, with a service focus.
Sustainable Service Management
The specialisation in Sustainable Service Management is aimed at students who want to make a career working with sustainability issues within service organisations. You will gain an understanding of theories of sustainable consumption, sustainable business models and environmental governance and policy.
Tourism
The specialisation in Tourism is aimed at students who want to develop and manage service operations in the tourism industry. Tourism is studied from a multi-disciplinary perspective combining elements of management, marketing, social sciences and humanities.
