Are you interested in fashion, trends, communication, and sustainability? Are you already working in the fashion industry and want to deepen your knowledge? Or are you a student who wants to broaden your education? Then apply for our new stand-alone courses: The Fashion Market: Innovation and Fashion Forecasting (5 credits) and The Fashion Market: Fashion Communication and Sustainability (5 credits). Study period spring semester 2025.

The Fashion Market: Innovation and Fashion Forecasting

During the first course ‘Innovation and Fashion Forecasting’ (January 20 - March 21, 2025) you will learn how trend analysis in the fashion industry can be understood, how new digital tools are used by the fashion industry and what challenges these tools can bring.

The Fashion Market: Fashion Communication and Sustainability

During the second course ‘Fashion Communication and Sustainability’ (March 24 - June 8, 2025) you will learn about communication in relation to sustainability and strategies for sustainable and circular textiles in the fashion industry. Based on theories in fashion communication, the course highlights and problematizes how sustainability in the fashion market is communicated.
