Important information for speakers in parallel sessions

  1. Be sure when you are scheduled to make presentation.
  2. Each presentation room will be equipped with a standard overhead projector, a screen and a personal computer for power point presentations
  3. Please remember that you are expected to arrive 15 minutes before your session starts where your presentation is scheduled, in order to make last arrangements with the session chairman and in order to install your presentation material in the computer available in the session room. In order to save time please use the computer available in teh session room.
  4. The duration for any single presentation is 20-25 minutes, plus app. 5 minutes for discussion and questions.
  5. If you are going to make a Power Point presentation you are expected to bring your presentation materials either PowerPoint (USB) or transparencies for an overhead projector. Please install your presentation in the computer available in the session room before the session starts.  In order to save time please use the computer available in the session room.

  2. Each presentation room will be equipped with a STANDARD overhead projector, a screen, and a Personal Computer for Power Point presentations.
  3. Please remember that you are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the plenary session starts, in order to make last arrangements with the chairman and in order to install your presentation in the computer available in the plenary session room.
  4. The duration for any single presentation is 30-40 minutes, plus a few minutes for discussion and questions.
  5. If you are going to make a Power Point presentation you are expected to bring your presentation materials either PowerPoint (USB) or transparencies for an overhead projector.
