The name change means that "Service management" will disappear from the department titel. However, our bachelor ans masters programmes will still be called Service mnanagement, and the students will get their degree in service management.
The new name also means that we are changing our abbrevation that is used on web pages and in e-mail adresses. The previous ISM (Institutionen för Service Management, The department of service management in Swedish) will now be SES (SErvice Studies). You will still be able to send e-mails to our old adress as well as visiting old links with ism.lu.se during a transition period.
