The Consumption, Marketing and Retail group welcomes you to a seminar on sustainable consumption!

On the 13th of June, 14.15-16.00, Arve Hansen from the University of Oslo will talk about his research group and present ongoing work on sustainable consumption.

Arve Hansen works at the Center for Development and the Environment at the University of Oslo. He is a geographer who works interdisciplinary and conducts research in the fields of sustainable consumption and mobility. He has been involved in projects on the reduction of meat, (un)sustainable energy consumption, and role of local initiatives in the transition towards sustainable consumption (to name a few topics). 

He has recently published an open access anthology titled “Consumption, Sustainability, and Everyday life”. See the follwing link.
