Micheal Hall is professor in Marketing and Tourism in the Department of Management, Marketing and Tourism in the Business School at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand and a guest researcher at the Department of Service Studies.

Sara Naderi Koupaei is a Teaching Assistant at the University of Canterbury, Management, Marketing and Tourism, UC Business School.
