

My name is Jonas Bååth and I study the organization of markets for food, beverages and intoxicants. I am a postdoctoral fellow in service studies, focusing on sustainability, and affiliate researcher at CIRCLE – Centre for Innovation Research. My general research interest is how societies organise the provision of food, beverages and intoxicants for their populations. The focus of my research is pricing, regulation and organisation in markets for food and beverages. My work has been published in outlest such as Journal of Rural Studies, Current Sociology and Socio-Economic Review.
I teach the course “The Societal Organisation of Markets” in the masters’ program in service management and advise degree theses.
