Diversity Management

SEMA53, 7,5 credits

The course is about how diversity management is organized, developed and performed in different types of service organisations. Diversity Management deals with issues about how individuals have different backgrounds and conditions, which makes it important to understand and think critically about such things as gender, ethnicity, sexuality, age, disability, etc. The course provides theoretical tools for both critical analysis of organizational diversity issues and practical applications.
